R.I.P. Sunbeam #breadmachine. Unless I can repair it somehow, this is the last loaf of bread I made in it. It’s a mix of #kingarthurbreadflour #semolina, with #basilinfusedoliveoil and a teaspoon of vital wheat gluten. Kind of a modified French bread recipe (no semolina or vwg and butter instead of olive oil) from the recipe book that came with the machine, but maybe more of an Italian twist. 🤤 I hope I can repair it with a little ingenuity. 🔧 #homebaker #homebaked #homebakedbread #freshbread #doughboyphotobomb #heehee (at Westbury Houston)
