I'm normally too nervous to interact with others' ocs do to my anxiety and the fact I can't always come up with asks since it seems like others have already gotten to said asks and whatnot.

this is hard cos if I'm not directly involved then idk what's going on cos ppl don't just come into my DMs to tell me abt their ships. I know TWO super public ships and thats @quiescent-trolls and @ask-the-troll-boys stuff. if youre in the fantroll community there is no way to not know abt lekthi/magpie and echnir/nihoko (biting them, affectionately). i read whatever pops up on my dash abt em but since im missing a lot of context i cant exactly call either of those faves tho 😭i need to know all the deets for That to happen. and tumblr doesnt show me much FTC things on my dash <//3 SORRY THIS WAS A RLLY LONG WINDED WAY OF SAYING I DONT HAVE ANY

i rlly loved freddie's character ships tho, way back when ): i knew too much abt them and they infected my brain with devils for 7 years

EDIT: IN A MOMENT OF CLARITY I DID REMEMBER A SHIP I RLLY LIKE. @vroyeaux and @ask-the-troll-boys ship Breaking Dawn. i need to see more of those two or else i'll blow this building to the fucking ground (they make me soft and i adore the art of them, i love hearing abt their growth and how their relationship moves forward)

What sort of muses do you tend to write?

Goofballs and/or "comic relief" type characters who are actually smiling through so much funing pain la dee da ^-^ I don't write them ALL THE TIME but they are one i really do love to make. Secondly I love sweet unassuming guys who are actually pretty fucked up! Super fucked up! Creeps, weirdos, violent characters. more for the aesthetic tbh i just think theyre fun and sexy. i like to write characters with plenty room for growth and change overall, though. and characters who are shaped by love

"Don't have any! I think every place is special in its own little way, yeh? I don't think one place is better or worse than another. They've all got their own bit of magic to 'em. Or maybe it's simpler t'say I find beauty everywhere I go, and am easy to please. I'm only drawn to places closest to the water because it calls to me, but that's a different story for a different day!"

what’s your comfort food?

"A slapped together bowl of kimchi tteokbokki. Can't get any better than that for me when I'm in a hard spot. It's the simplicity of it all, yeah? And like. Childhood memories. Dad used to make it when he'd get back from work just in time to actually see me that night."

favorite feel-good show?

"I'm not big on TV shows actually! I'm almost exclusively a movies sort of guy. Fright Night and Monster Squad are my go-to comfort movies. MAYBE even the Goonies. I got a handful of comfort films up my sleeve."

most important thing in your life?

"If you asked me this last sweep or even two months ago, I would have said some insensitive, selfish shit like 'my values' or moral code. A lot has happened this sweep, and fast. Too fast.

It's made me realize that the people in my life are what matter more to me than myself and the things I did to get here. My quads. My friends. They keep me sane. I could be dramatic and say something like 'oh I don't know who and where I would be without them'. But I do know, and it wouldn't be good. So uh! Yeah! The most important thing in my life are the people that opened my heart up like a clam."

"Daylight by Matt and Kim, can't get any better than that. I think if my life were a movie, hat song would be used in the opening scene."

who do you feel most you around?

"No one? I mean I don't see the point in not being your most authentic self regardless of who you're with. I'm me, I'm Tom, and the way I am when I'm with or without the company of another doesn't actually change much. I guess the actual answer would be 'everyone', not 'no one', huh?"

say three nice things about yourself (three physical and three non-physical).

"Physically? Well I have very big, pretty doe-like eyes. I think they capture people, sometimes. The way they look at me when ours lock. I think it's cute when people choke up and fluster about it.

Then there's my legs. Pretty big, long, and strong. I'm built for the ocean and it shows. Suppose I could also put arms there too, they could count for one, right? Lastly I'll put my hair. I've never had it cut before, I'm proud of how long it's gotten, and all the ways I can decorate it whenever I want. Yeah, anyone can, but the point is I have beautiful hair.

As for non physical, I'll have to say my vibes. Vibes definitely count as one. I think someone once said I'm a lot like a capybara in that sense. Second would be. Hmm. I got nothing, that's the only thing I can think about. What else is there to me I'm just vibes, man. I'm only here doing my own thing and enjoying it. It's a simple life full of simple things. I have a calming presence and I like how people's shoulders go kind of slack around me when they meet me."
