somehow this is kind of short, despite ryouma being a really wordy asshole

Everyone’s so loud. That’s a fact he’s learned long ago and has been drilled into his head every day now. Fun things, bad things, exciting things, neutral things- no matter the situation or connotation, it’s all so... loud. Static running back and forth through and around his ears.

Standing in a group of friends- or, so he hoped they were- Ryouma closes his eyes and sighs softly. “I’m afraid I’ll have to take my leave- pressing matters to attend to and such.. Farewell, my friends.” He gives a small bow before walking hastily away, flipping his hair back and rubbing his temples.

He would love to hang out with his friends if they didn’t have to be there. Does that make sense? He can’t help but laugh at the ridiculousness of his own thoughts- why even consider the impossible like that? It’s not them that’s bothering him, it’s just their presence. Another contradiction.. can’t he word this in a more rational way? At this rate, he’ll be wishing to push himself away as well rather than deal with thinking himself in circles...

Shaking these thoughts from his head, he stands tall again and retreats to the hidden depths of the woods behind his house, completely alone. He can just.. exist here, can’t he? Or maybe he could exist a little less- not completely, just to fade from sight, leave for a small vacation to nowhere to resort and recallibrate himself.

Kenopsia: Daisuke

Kenopsia: The eerie, forlorn atmosphere of a place that is usually bustling with people but is now abandoned and quiet.

It’s strange to see the school so.. empty. How did he even pull this off..? Daisuke’s not going to question it; why ruin the moment?

The colorguard- since no one’s here to tell him he’s anything less- runs down an empty hall of the abandoned school with a small smile on his face as he zooms around with reckless abandon. He stares in awe at the classrooms, the emblems and flags that adorn the walls, the tiniest possible details to take pleasure in. Daisuke grabs a broom and twirls it as he skips from corridor to corridor. 

They’re all gone! Those beneath him, those above (only in name, of course: no one’s better than him).

Daisuke relishes this loneliness for a good hour or so before he finds himself inside an empty classroom. A student body of one presiding! It’s only so long before he tires of scribbling small, childlike drawings of cats and cartoons on the chalkboard and plops himself down in a seat, kicking his feet up on the desk and looking around.

... ... ...

It’s strange, isn't it? Not but a few weeks ago he was outside the windows, gazing in at fully populated rooms of young men and women with bright futures ahead of them.

His smile fades as he adjusts himself, trying to get comfortable to combat his growing unease. This isn’t okay, is it? The rooms are so empty. The nothingness echoes through the halls, pounding into his head like a chorus of closed mouths. It’s not right, its.. unnatural.

Daisuke shakes his head and hops out of his desk, lifting his broom up to swing it a few times at the air. It’s a kind of catharsis- to be in constant motion is good for him. Settling. Refreshing. It gives him something to focus on. He looks around with an upset sigh before bolting from the room to slide down the stairs and exit the building entirely. The atmosphere alone is putting him in edge...

04. Favorite color: The lavender color of her hair is one, or maybe the colors of glowworms lighting up in a cave.

07. Turn-ons: Worms. Honestly, she’s kind of apathetic to anything like this, unless someone asks her out first.

11. Biggest fear: She’s afraid of being forgotten. I wrote a nightmare for the motive in Garden, but never posted it... It was where she was running around a crowd of people who wouldn’t acknowledge her presence, including her own brother, and she broke down into a sad mess because of it.

12. Biggest fantasy: Having some sort of position of power is something she finds enjoyable. Maybe perusing something of the sort in the future?

14. Biggest regret: Matsuzaki Tomomi does not regret many things. Literally the thing she kicks herself the most for, though, is not getting better acquainted with the other kids who were in the Mutual Killing with her.

15. Best kept secrets: Tomomi lost her first year high school election, and it really hurt her because she got her hopes up really high for it, only to lose.

20. Role Model: Akane! She thinks they’re really great, for all the obvious reasons.

06. Ideal mate: Someone who likes cats, duh. She’s demisexual / romantic, so I’m not quite sure it’s very easy to get her to like you, unless you promise her a romance just like the one Super Kitty☆Mew Mew had.

08. Favorite food: Taiyaki! That seems super cliché for her, but she loves taiyaki so much.

09. Crushes: I think she probably has a crush on Sailor Moon.

13. Bad habits: Forgetting to brush her hair regularly, biting her hair sometimes, watching anime instead of doing schoolwork, and then subsequently falling asleep while watching it…

15. Best kept secrets: Kikyo’s, like, hardcore allergic to peanuts. Is this an important secret? No. Does she have any better secrets? No.

16. Last thought: Before she died, she was probably thinking about Yuurei since they were hugging really tight before she blew up. Or maybe how much she fuckin’ hates dogs.

18. Biggest insecurity: She gets nervous about the little things. Acting weird around her? Oh, it’s probably her fault. Messed something up? Probably her also. She has a tendency to apologize for people’s problems.

Kai nods. "Nice to meet you, Amaryllis-san! And yeah, that'd be awesome! That's 4000￥right? And I still have some left over too!" He takes out the required amount of money and places it on the counter.

Ama smiles at Kai and hands him a Leapord pin, taking his 4000 yen. “Nice! Well, here you go, and use it well!” She nods. “Good luck.”

Kai pokes his head into the shop for a second before fully coming inside, walking up to the counter as he gives the place a look around. "Hiya! I heard you could buy Pins here... do you have any healing Pins? My partner said I should get one. Oh! My name's Kai! Sorry for not introducing myself!"

Amaryllis greets the Player with a smile. “Indeed you can buy Pins here!” she gestures to the Pin display. “And as a matter of fact I have a couple healing pins left in stock, and your Partner is very right! Healing pins help ya out a lot!” 

She grins. “It’s fine, and nice to meet you Kai, I’m Amaryllis. You wanna get one of the Leapord pins then?”
