He sighed and leaned against the handle of the mop as he stared over the endless floor of black and white check patterns. It seemed like he had been moping for hours and wasn’t half way done.
Shachi frowned a little and adjusted his hat as he looked around, the palace was huge and decorated in such horridly bright colours, the king had such disgusting taste… But he had no say in it really.
He was lucky he had been hired, he’d have been on the streets if he’d not heard that the palace needed people. He guessed he didn’t look too scruffy and homeless that the person who hired him thought he was nothing.
The petite redhead sighed once more and stood up straight, tightened the bow on the back of the apron and winced when he let the mop slip from his hands, it smacked the floor with a sharp sound that seemed to echo around the empty room.. or what he assumed was an empty room bar himself..
