Day 34: in the Port of Fremantle. Finally arrive in Australia! The first thing we did in the morning was to take a 30 minuted train trip to Perth, Western Australia’s sunny capital, as it holds the title of the city in Australia with more hours of Sunshine . It was definitely hot when we arrived. Perth is a picturesque and green city, situated on the banks of the Swan River. Perth has an abundance of parks and waterways. On our visit we climbed up to Kings Park, the city biggest attraction which offers uninhibited views of the stunning city skyline and is also home of a huge Botanical garden, the Western Australian Botanic Garden, with 1700 native species planted. After visiting the waterfront area and the city Center and shopping area, we took a Ferry through the Swan river back to Fremantle rushing to visit our second city on the day.
