Yet, as Peridan leaned against the column which divided the spectacle of dancing from the mindless chatter of envoys, he found himself quite enjoying his stay. It was what caused him to realise the true appeal of the hushed movement of dance that instilled him with the thoughts of humour beginning to surface in his mind. “ Though, I do suppose it makes a far more entertaining evening than exchanging pleasantries with elderly ambassadors, don’t you think? ”
