Energies were curious things to smell--especially to those who could detect them. Lamplights traveled long on the vague trail of photons and decay--but the chimera’s nose would not go astray. Twinkles of moonlight fluttered through an otherwise quiet building, still and unending--However...
A startling pop, an influx of something fierce caused her to freeze, nostrils flaring up as it seemed to move. Tail lightly tucked as she hesitated a step back, glancing to and fro. A slight jingle of metal left her movement. She felt an eye gaze over her, yet she knew not yet it’s direction.
Something caused a shiver to crawl up her spine. Quiet flickered her ears in a terrible hum. Careful brown-eyed sweeps were made.
“C-Come on out!” Tried the female, instincts flared to a degree that her voice came out in a slight squeak. Sure, she was trespassing on an abandoned area, but who could blame her! If Curiousness was a sin, then damn Summer to Hell!
