Then the words of Avako's match sunk in, finally, and he almost slapped the younger. "Why didn't you tell me earlier!?"

What a bother, Oikawa thought. Some people just didn't understand what he thought ought to have been plain and simple. Shaking his head, Oikawa rested his palms on the table before him.

Kenma was careful when it came to his occasional trips into Tokyo proper. His trips were always short, set few and far between, to keep him from being too overwhelmed. Well that kid could spike as well as ever, and Avako had gotten better at her receives. "Good job you two! How about a break before you die of overheating?"He asked, tilting his head, putting the plate on his lap, as he sat down as close to the door as possible.
