Logging in after a long while and noticed that new posts are all broken with my blog's old but beloved theme 😔

I'll have to look into that but the solution will probably be to find a whole new theme... Please be patient with me, my custom blog might look like a mess in the meantime haha

Hey everyone, it’s been so long!

These 6 months of exams and job searching were a real rollercoaster haha. And it all ended surprisingly well because starting today my search is finally over! (I even had the luxury of deciding between several offers, gosh that was not easy)

But I’m not allowed to sleep celebrate yet since @ecchima and I are gonna table at Japan Expo in Paris next week! Kinsei has wares if you have coin. (I’ll make a separate post about it)

Anyways, I can now progressively come out of my hiatus. I still need to deal with this huge con and relocating and stuff, but the worst is over.

As announced earlier, @ecchima​ and I will be sharing a table at Japan Expo 2017, July 6-9. Find us at table Q683 in the amateur area!

We’ll have prints, sticker sheets, bookmarks,charms... You’ll find art you already know from our blogs, and also new pieces created especially for the con! Expect @gfzine copies. We also plan to offer commission if the con doesn’t take up all of our energy haha.

I’ll post a preview of the goods once I have received everything~

Yo I just wanted you to know that I do not approve deleting the artist’s caption on their drawing, however unrelated to the pic it may seem. It’s still part of the art, whether you like it or not.

Plus it makes the source of the post much less visible. It’s even more a jerk move when you’re removing the artist’s info/patreon/commission link by doing that.

True, exposure is great for artists. But if you’re erasing the elements linking back to the artist, I’d prefer you don’t reblog it at all because this, is not exposure.

Today marks the 1st anniversary of my Gravity Falls PMV! I believe it is my biggest solo contribution to the fandom (During a time when I had wAY more free time haha,,,)

Even though I'm not as active in the fandom as I used to, I'm so glad I joined it. I met so many wonderful people, and most of my current friends thanks to it (ilusm <3)

This PMV really was a turning point for me. It made me experiment lineless art for the very first time. And today it’s become a major part of my art style. I think something clicked in my mind at that time; I started improving a lot, and grow up as a person and an artist.

Joining this fandom’s really brought me a lot. I hope the G.F. zine and MAP projects I'm hosting will repay a bit of what I received, and serve as a natural wrap up to this eventful period of my life.

The show is now over, and I couldn’t have dreamed of a better conclusion. My path as an artist however, isn’t finished. This fandom holds a special place in my heart, so I’ll never really leave it. But I feel the need to explore new things. Other fandoms, or even short films, webcomics? Who knows where my future will take me.

This is no goodbye letter don’t worry, more like a look back on the past year. Thank you so much everyone for supporting me so far, and I hope you’ll stick with me along the new paths i’m following :>
