There's a good chance that Echoes of Wisdom falls in the downfall timeline, given the map, style, and the presence of Blue Pig Ganon, so this Link and Zelda could be post oot but pre alttp. It might also be the hero of legend again; this Zelda doesn't look like alttp Zelda but does look like oox Zelda even tho those aren't the same person?? Anyway... This could be a new set of hero and princess, with a million opportunities for headcanons!
So! Since Zelda is in the protagonist spot now, there's a good chance that she will be a silent protagonist, or at least as silent as Links are implied to be.

This is super random but you're the only person I know who does linkshipping stuff but I've been poking around pre-2017 tumblr search with the updated search functions and found out that "linkshipping" was only used to refer to a Yu-Gi-Oh ship?? People used "linkcest" plenty but "linkshipping" seems to be a far newer invention. First the loz fandom takes over the ravioli tag then the poor yugioh shiptag (although I don't think many people ship that ship anyways) 😔 what next...
