still to this day don't get why they call toffifee 'toffifay' in the states
sometimes I actually genuinely forget I have absolute face-blindness until I have to deal with customers and then I give someone the whole "sorry we don't have that thing in stock right now" after checking and they say that I must have the wrong person and it's only been 40 seconds
