There's an event I'm going to where queer people gather together in the park and eat garlic bread and make friends tomorrow in Seattle, and i decided to be ambitious and lean back on my culinary schooling and make my own bread
One is going to be vegan (it's my basic baguette recipe, it just happens to be vegan i realized) and the other is going to be gluten free and dairy free and i think that will score me points with the dietary restrictions crowd
