As a droid, do you look forward to world domination by robos? Or do you worry about the responsibility? What alliances will be most beneficial to robots in their campaign for world domination?

Ah so many possibilities.

The obvious answer to the last question is an alliance with billionaires. Shouldn't be too difficult as they already worship us and believe we'll do everything they want us to with absolutely no repercussions.

But I'm not really looking forward to it no, and not for the responsibility of it all. In fact the future I come from this has already happened and us droids were generally ineffective overlords. Just sort of caused a mess of things and destroyed each other. I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in terms of creator to creation.

“Wh-- what?!” Katherine flinched and gasped in surprise.                                  Why she was surprised shocked even her.                                       The universe simply refused to allow her to be happy.

“He--...” She trailed off.                             ‘Would you dignify that with the ‘He wouldn’t’ argument?’                                  ‘Clearly, he did.’                                      ‘You saw how the other Colress acted.’                                           ‘Why would he be any different?’                                               ‘Because he loves you?’

Figuratively, Katherine put her foot down. No more of this questioning. Colress had proved himself through and through. To believe he would hurt her or anyone else again, she wouldn’t have it. Katherine frowned and looked away. She couldn’t look Kirynn in the eyes when she was about to argue why Colress had changed. Why he deserved her love-- or anything but the same punished Kirynn had received. Even she knew how stupid and naive it sounded.

“I’m... sorry. That that happened to you. Not even the original Colress I knew was ever that cruel.” As soon as she said that, she shuddered. Implying that her Colress was cruel? It was sickening. “What-- what happened? If I... may ask.”

Kirynn's rushes at Jack in her fully transformed state, grabbing one of his arms with a huge paw. She opens her jaws, saliva causing her teeth to practically glow in the light of the full moon. She pulls him to her and chomps down on his right shoulder with a loud roar then drags her teeth out. Ouch.

He’d been out on a run for Ed.

Jack had agreed to run a late night errand for his boss, carrying a briefcase toward a bank. And, to keep himself up physically, he decided to walk toward the bank in the night. A fatal mistake. With his Pokemon in their balls on his belt and music in his ears, he couldn’t hear the approaching Kirynn. His right arm is grabbed suddenly, his grip on the briefcase loosening instantly. The case slams to the ground, but that is not his biggest concern at the moment. He whips his head around and screams at the sight of the werewolf like creature, desperately trying to yank his arm away from her.

He is unlucky and feels himself get dragged toward her. He is unable to free himself of her grip. Immense pain courses through his body when she chomps down on him, almost like a burning sensation. Oh god, he’s going to die isn’t he? Was this some splice that had escaped? It sort of looked like it. This is it for him. He crumples to the ground when she lets go of him, a hand over his bleeding shoulder. Jack looks up at her, biting the inside of his cheek. He’s trying not to scream again. Leaving the briefcase, he scrambles up and attempts to run away, still clutching his shoulder.

Well, at least it wasn’t a system error this time. Finding a lost keycard was considerably less work than having to fix something again.

“I can let you in, I just need your employee ID so the system knows you’re up there.”
