I suppose the worst thing depends on what you consider to be the worst? I'll answer for Michelle, one of my Supernatural ocs because I'm rewriting her fic again.
In her mind, the worst thing she's done is condemn men to death. To Dean, the worst thing she's done is hurt Sam (by breaking up and running away from him lol)
