At my one-year anniversary I was appalled at my offer of a 4% raise and the lack of advancement and proceeded to leave the company after finding another opportunity which utilized the other end of my dual major, my metalwork degree.

Reflecting back, I was given a great opportunity under the investment of confidence that I thought my managers had for me. Perhaps that was the real reason why the program eventually went defunct.
