And to top it all off, the sheets don't come with half-sheet perforations. The entire store offers no half sheet perforations except on their own-brand recycled product. So now I'm using twice as much kitchen roll for most spills, because modern kitchen roll is tear resistant enough that I can't quickly and accurately tear off half without finding scissors.

I'm this close to going full Belgian on them and calmly, politely, even cheerfully inquiring when the recycled stuff is being restocked, every time I go to any of their locations and I can't find it. Might do the same for their crunchy peanut butter.
