Prickly pear! I cut it in half but better: make a slit in peel and peel the whole thing. Difficult to eat due to gravelly seeds but I put in blender w/ liquid (water and pretend milk) and poured it out and all the seeds stuck to bottom of the blender. A centrifugal machine! #kitchenexptoftheday
