My friends from Kitchen On The Run have started an amazing project! I’m proud and grateful to have been a tiny part in it, even if it was only from my drawing desk, creating a logo, a key visual and more illustrated stuff for them. From march til august they travelled europe and hosted many dinners, picknicks and cooking sessions in their container. Made friends with refugees and locals and created a starting point for communication, cooking, eating and drinking together and building new networks. A very important mission. And its not over!

Today and tomorrow the container is in Bellevue in Berlin, to be a part of the summer party of Germanys Federal President Joachim Gauck. If you’re in Berlin, you should go. More about the Bürgerfest can be found here.
And I’m happy to announce, that my illustration for Kitchen On The Run, that can be seen on tote bags, posters, postcards and flyers is featured as a runners-up in the section illustration professional by Creative Quarterly. Yay!
