Don't want to reread again to find out but did anyone try using a mesmer match on MC after the 48 hours she saw the kyklos? I feel like someone was about to and then didn't bc they don't work on her, but now that the matches wouldn't erase the kyklos, what if they could work?
MCs entire thing was that she became inspector because the ghouls can't use the matches to fudge the reports, but it would be interesting narratively to lose that plot armor and see how the ghouls treat her.
Maybe it's just bc auburn rubbed off on me but I don't get how you can hate ritsu. Like yeah he's a dick at first but once you get to know him you realize he's just Like That™ bc he holds himself to similarly high standards. Also he's hilarious. His handwriting sucks.
