Otherwise catenby or kittyenby work just fine, I think; one may hyphenate into cat-enby if one prefers. Catdemiboy specifically might possibly resonate. I also must put forth catbody as a gender neutral alternative to catperson (I love using "body" [link to entry in Dictionaries of the Scots Language] that way).
One being forced into a liminal role between nonhuman animal and human animal, between male and female, having one's entire self relegated into being a pet for a doting owner to have and love and care for, shedding one's binary gender as one sheds one's new soft fur all over the sweater of one's owner on which one naps, never being bothered by silly human misgendering ever again because one's owner knows what one is. Also having cute cat ears and fangs and claws and a tail. YESSS.
