I just wanna say, as someone with childhood SA trauma that is now PTSD, I really appreciate seeing you write about it. While no 2 trauma responses are exactly the same, you really hit home on a lot of them that do happen for me personally. Even with a diagnosis of PTSD it sometimes worries me that my experiences are invalid or that I was wrong. See you write about these, and write quite lengthy I might add, just helps to make my tiny corner of he'll a bit better. I'm glad your starting to feel better as well! Thank you for writing all the stuff that you do! I really helps validate and comfort so many of us. Also don't forget about fat bear week.
