One thing about kitty devils lore I'm struggling with is if she should be working under public safety or sort of "free roaming" devil like fami or quanxis devils/girlfriends. I feel like she wouldn't like makima very much and wouldn't want to cooperate with her but makima also as her controlling powers and could just force her too.... making ocs is hard man 💔
