@Regranned from @baileybiscuits - This is what our vet text me today after the bloodwork results. We did FIV/FeLV rest and it was negative. Periwinkle has stage 2 kidney disease. She is also very anemic and has a very low lymphocyte count. I Also recommend deworming her and putting her on Whole Body Support and. Renal Support. Periwinkle has stage 2 kid ru disease. She is also anemic and has a very low lymphocyte count. I recommend an felv/fiv year if you’re ok w that ($38). I Also recommend deworming her and putting her on Whole Body Support and/or Renal Support We are all going to give 70 ml of fluids every other day until further notice. With renal failure they need all the fluid in their body they can get. Their body just is not absorbing it. She also has an ear infection then I will be tending to. I’m just a bit frustrated because I can’t find anything that she wants to eat. It’s so sad when senior cats are dumped by their owners when they start failing. This girl is so sweet. If anybody wants to call the vet on Monday at 386-439-2200 and order her a case of renal canned food and or a couple of bags of fluid that be awesome!! My amazing trapping team has trapped 11 cats recently and my paychecks are going towards getting everybody fixed at $58 a pop. @Regrann from @baileybiscuits - Phoebe the Fiv + cat is safe at the Baileybiscuits ranch. She is a total love bug who loves to head butt you. Anyone who adopts her will call her a true gem. As you can see, she loves to eat all the time. There hasn't been anything she hasn't liked yet. Her and tortellini the other FIV positive cat, have placement with our rescue partners in upstate New York.
