❝ Yes, hello to you too! ❞ Another smile was gifted to yet another fan who tugged on her jacket from her left, perhaps a little too roughly that she almost lost her balance. Ever since she left the building, she had been swarmed by both young girls and boys alike, voices calling out her name from all around, flashes of camera blinding her sight every couple of seconds with each step she took. It had been nobody’s fault but hers. Had she not been so persistent on going out on her own to get a cup of her favourite drink, she wouldn’t have landed herself in this situation in the first place. Or perhaps she had taken her disguise for granted, thinking that by simply putting on a pair of shades and a cap was sufficient to obscure her features from the public eye. Just when she thought she could pull the whole thing off, her plan eventually backfired when a group of girls recognised her from afar and immediately hounded her for pictures and autographs. Due to this, she had to remove her poor excuse of a disguise as she saw no point in continuing her pretense. Within mere seconds, the crowd around her began to multiply in size and she could barely move without getting shoved or yanked aside. Being an idol was tough work, what with keeping up a charming persona, never letting any negative feeling show nor declining a fan’s request, unless it was of a bizarre nature. What most people tend to forget is the fact that idols are humans too. They get tired and irritated and they definitely do not like getting their privacy nor personal space violated just like every other living, breathing human being. That was the case in Zoe’s position at the moment. She wanted to get away but she hadn’t brought her manager along. Would she have to deal with this much longer or was the ever-expanding crowd going to witness her crack under pressure and reveal her true emotions?
