I run for and with rescue dogs! Funny story: I had to carry her down the slope (50m) to the main road because she refused (she always does) to go running. It's odd because which dog doesn't like to go out?! But when she starts and goes at her pace, she doesn't have to stop. Classic case of the hardest step being the first.
