When my stepsister visited and I was home from college, she would have a whole list of things she imagined needed to be spanked for. She wasn't as severe as the caption (and we had a drawer, not a rack, of implements, mostly pretty commonplace) but between her and my stepmum, I was pretty much guaranteed all the spankings they thought my butt could take.
Later, when I got a second, even older stepsister, if the three of us were there at once, Mummy would let them take over and they somehow made it even worse!
