Hi there! :) Random but - I saw you're also a Sandor fan, I was wondering: do you think he'll come back? I mean the show obviously strays from the books and even in the books the Gravedigger Theory hasn't come out as canon yet (but I know most book readers, myself included, are convinced that it will). I mean next season for the season 6 casting call they're looking for someone that fits the description of who could only be Septon Maribald, so I have hopes! Thoughts? :)

I am!! I love him!! He is my bae! I do hold with the Gravedigger theory and that he’s not really dead. I don’t know if he’ll come back on the show though. They are beginning to stray and there is so much going on, a small detail like that may be left out (I think it’s a pretty small thing...I’m not that far in the books and only know what I’ve read about on the theory). My fingers are crossed so hard that we see him again!! It’s no fair that Zomebie!Gregor lives but beautiful Hound has to die!

I did have this tiny fantasy last season that he was maybe going to show up at the end and bust Sansa out of Winterfell. In my head he was already North and perhaps he was picked up by a maester, healed, and was regaining strength when he started to hear rumors about Ramsay Bolton’s new bride and that it was Lady Sansa. Then he bolts it for Winterfell ;)

Yeah, wild theory haha...but I just missed The Hound so much last season I was grasping at straws!! lol

Sansa is my baby. I've literally never been so angry or upset. I haven't even seen the ep (someone told me what happens because they know she's my favorite character) and ..I'm in shock. I don't even know if I can watch it. But I feel I have to. I can't believe this shit. MY BABY. Ugh why. WHY I don't understand the point of it. JFC.

If you are already this upset, its only going to get worse. I am sorry to say. She was nervous and I never in a million years thought they would go there with her character. The sounds and the way it went down, it’s just horrible. My eyes welled up and I was texting people like this is not happening. Theon there...It was too much. She was raped and humiliated on top of it. I honestly thought that Stannis or Little finger would get there.

I remember the other night when she was talking about Lyanna and said “She was raped” in such a way and now I wonder if we should have seen this coming but that makes no sense in the storyline. Why rape?

Hey there! So I was stalking the Sandor Clegane tag (because..why would I not?) and I saw your LONG rant/post about people who are so rude to us SanSan fans and act like we're weird for shipping this, and I just wanna say - THANK YOU. It's so nice to meet another fan that feels so strongly about this that you were willing to give that detailed explanation explaining things. Besides, GRRM himself has said that "there's something there". Can't argue with the author <3 lol

Thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed it! Can’t argue with the text either, LOL… It’s all there in black & white. I can understand people being uncomfortable with the age thing, but these are the same people who can’t grasp that a guy and a gal can have a deep, meaningful connection that doesn’t automatically manifest into sex. Even though Sansa & Sandor are clearly attracted to each other, they both have the wherewithal to realize that it’s not something they ought to act on…. yet. ;-)

I mean, haven’t people been thinking for a while now that GRRM is pissed off with the changes? I mean just by some of the things that he says himself, you can tell that it bothers him. He has said that he has confronted them sainyg - “this character is still alive in the books, why did you kill them” and lately I’ve noticed him saying that the books and the show are separate things which WORRIES me because I have hopes for athings in the show that happened in the books. The Gravedigger Theory is one of the biggest.  And I agree. Honestly, Sophie seems like a sweet girl, I hope they don’t just want to sell her out like that and use her body or that she would want to do that. I mean I understand that acting is her job and it’s Game of Thrones, but I love Sophie for her ACTING, not her body. I’m excited to see Sansa grow as a character, but it how easily they could ruin her for me and make me dislike Sansa because of her storyline is a horrible thought. I love her dearly, and I feel like if they go too far with this then like you said - the only fans she will have left will be those that want to see her naked and those that just like it because they ship her with Littlefinger.

Just at SDCC, GRRM’s comment about Jeyne/Talisa was pretty straightforward. Natalie Dormer’s face said it all; it wasn’t lost on the cast and it most certainly wasn’t lost on D&D. He’s not pleased, it’s clear. After all, he apologized for what happened with Jaime and Cersei. And I think it’s safe to say that’s why Alex Graves won’t be directing in Season 5.

I don’t think the show can get away with getting rid of the Gravedigger-if they thought GRRM would stand for it, I’m sure they would have already done it. But as Amplifyme has pointed out, Rory McCann hasn’t been on the “farewell Sandor Clegane” tour, you know, like Rose Leslie and Pedro Pascal are, describing the last day on the set and whatnot, and he has refused to talk about what happens to the Hound.

As for Lady Stoneheart, I think they are saving her for a big reveal; how can they possibly writer her out? *scratches head* But with D&D all things are possible, I guess.

I too fear that I could easily dislike Sophie Turner based on what D&D may have planned for her, and I don’t want to feel like that. Hopefully we’re getting stirred up for nothing, but I think with after what they did last season, the fans are fearful, not just for what GRRM will do with their favorite characters, but what D&D will do to them.
