Money is a bullshit concept made up by capitalism to literally allow people to just hoard resources from the world and now as humans the concept is so ingrained that we can’t see a world without it

And this is why this thought makes me panic. I feel like I can see that it's all a trap and my friends can't.

But also there's nothing I alone can do about it, it's like (and this is going to be a terrible 3am analogy) the movie Groundhog Day (which I haven't actually seen) but with money instead of the time loop; everyone is stuck in this loop, stuck believing money is real and meaningful and I am the only person aware of it but can't stop it.

Nobody I know irl can understand why this makes me so frustrated and uncomfortable. I'm glad I'm not alone anymore.
