Description:

The trial was more arduous than Draco expected. He’d expected the judge to make their call and move on, but as it turned out, there were a lot of people who wanted him free. He didn’t get his freedom, of course. Not really. One year in a psychiatric hospital to sort out any scars the war may have left, then one year of monitoring with no magic allowed outside his house. And he was stuck with his parents too. It was better than Azkaban, but anyone who thought it wasn’t a prison was a fool.
