I keep staring at this “If you love me you don’t love me in a way I understand” gifset of klayley and I’m just 

because like.....it’s so true, and it’s so tragic an that makes it all the worse for us and the characters. Like you can’t tell me that Klaus doesn’t love Hayley (you can debate what kinda love that is on your own time) but like his love language is just so foreign to her and it’s so lost in translation most of the time that it pains me and it pains be even more because it’s not like klaus doesn’t know, he knows it’s lost on her, but he isn’t sure how to be any different with her right now, it’s the only language he really knows when it comes to those things so it’s like what else is there to do besides sit back and keep on loving her while she just has no understanding of it all. I bet in his head she might not ever get it, she probably won’t ever understand it and it’s tragic. It’s so tragic
