I watched the bootleg of it and it was really good :-) I downloaded the soundtrack after watching! I also recently watched a bootleg of the off-broadway version of Hedwig and fell in love with it. It is so amazing and just…amazing

thanks for your recommendation!! i tried the hedwig lottery a little over a week ago and I didn't win. but I'm gonna try again soon!!

I just noticed you turned your icon black and white too :-( we both had the same idea for the closing...which has been harder for me than I thought! At least it's going on tour, but I'm still super bummed out

wearing black because mourning today has been literal and actual torture. i am so thrilled it’s going on tour. i know so many who didn’t get the chance to see it and there are so many more who need to be exposed to its absolute beauty.

I completely agree with you. I think that Carly will be good! I'm excited to see what she sounds like and everything :-) I think people are just mad because they feel like no one can replace Laura. Laura is loved by everyone and yes it's sad to see her leave. Carly has some big shoes to fill! But that doesn't mean that everyone should be mean to her and say that she shouldn't play the part. The casting people see something in her! We should all just trust them & watch with open minds!

i mean…it’s fine if you don’t like her or the casting choice. no one said you had to. but we literally have seen nothing yet and most of us never will so it’s not rational to come to the decision that she’s “can’t act” or that laura is better. i get that you’re upset that your fave is leaving and you have every right to be upset. but even laura has addressed the situation and is supporting carly. you’d think her fans and the broadway community in general would be more respectful towards the situation after that. and let’s be real - at least cinderella has lasted this long. no one expected it to.  so just be thankful for that.

idk. everyone is just being so hateful and i’m tired of it. i get enough of that outside tumblr and it’s disappointing coming on here and seeing more of it. it honestly just feeds my desire to leave this fandom.
