I think I've mastered the "don't bother me I'm too busy admiring my nails" look. XD anyway, even though I'm not too familiar with the Gravity Falls characters, I had a lot of fun with this one. Pacifica brings out the sassy side of Gene. XD

my part of the February/Anime AU, Gene as a magical girl! X3 I know it's been done before, but I wanted to try my hand at designing my own magical girl outfit for him. I drew a little bit of inspiration from Sailor Moon, and some more inspiration from other classic magical girl animes. his weapon is a sort of musical scythe (which is kind of Soul Eater inspired), and every time he does something good, he gets a new noise on his keyboard scythe (that was Urisha's idea!) I feel like this probably needed a little bit more, but oh well. I just wanted to make sure I got this in before February was over XD ;P

we here at dressupgene were thinking about doing palette challenges for our 1-year anniversary, but I wasn't sure if I could do it because my tablet was conking out. well, I got it working again, and Urisha said it wasn't too late, so I went ahead and did 'em! XD this was quite fun, actually. though I probably should've used the purple to outline the last one, cuz now Gene looks like a redhead XD oh well :3

yeah I know the question screenshot looks different, but here ya go! :D i thought this was a cute idea, and I tried to make it look like Gene was impersonating Zeke, because he’d totally do that :D I think I goofed up his left hand, but oh well. XD
