Can we talk about how not a single character in Crisis Core got a happy ending...
Would Seph and his mom lucrecia bond over things if they were together? What would they have in common
Sephiroth and Lucrecia have extremely similar personalities. They both are very curious about the world and want to been respected by their peers. But at the same time, they're also both very anxious and occasionally self-destructive.
I think Sephiroth and Lucrecia, had they known each other, probably would have bonded over shared interests in scientific subjects. Both are very intelligent and probably could hold some very long winded nerd conversations. I think Lucrecia is a bit more lighthearted than Seph and could maybe help him come out of his shell a bit. I think Sephiroth would probably be a little shy around her and would readily bask in some added praise and encouragement.
I have a vivid image of Sephiroth blabbing to Lucrecia about his interest in astronomy and her getting him all kinds of space-related books and gizmos to tool around with, with them maybe bonding over coming up with various models and theories together. Lucrecia would encourage her son to be as geeky as he wants about the stuff he likes. They're both interested in taking things apart and finding out how they work. So imagine a mother-son research collab!
Designs for my ff7 band au !! but I'm probably gonna redraw Angeal soon because I'm not entirely happy with his design yet

There's only one thing First Class SOLDIER Zack Fair can't do, and that's infiltrate a wintry facility without drawing attention. Fortunately his endurance for squats is infinite, and Cloud is here to help.
He’s trying to distract me…trying to dismiss me…
And it’s working.
Zack, lying beside a crestfallen Sephiroth, murmuring a series of gentle assurances in hopes of soothing his friend (╥ ω ╥)
-
“You’re not a weapon, bud…”
“You’re a good person…”
“You’re my very best friend…”
“You’re safe…”
“You’re loved…”
“You’re loved…”
“You’re so, so, loved…”
When Sephiroth finally does drift off to sleep, it’s with a smile zᶻ૮˶- ﻌ -˶ა⌒)ᦱ
I do not know if youbare familiar with Castlevania but, between Alucard and Sephiroth, who came first design wise?
Here for reference
I cannot find who came first. Appearantly, design wise , Alucard came in 1997 (i think he had an earlier appearance in a Castlevania game in 1989).
Tell me those are not cousins
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Alucard came first. I haven't actually played the games, just watched the show (loved the first two seasons, didn't like anything after that lmao) but I do plan on playing them at some point.
Design wise, they're both really pretty. I think Sephiroth was based more off of Griffith than Alucard though. Or at least was given specific design choices so that he could visually stand out as Cloud's rival. Alucard does get the privilege of being the first long haired pretty boy though
Personality wise, I think Sane!Sephiroth is somewhat similar to Alucard. But Alucard is more sarcastic humor wise and Sephiroth is more on the dry side lol if that makes any sense. They are both sad babies though. With mommy and daddy issues.
