Dimensions Festival - Top Of The List
After a crazy and fantastic few months, the KLOTH team are back and busy prepping for A/W 15. With several festivals, buying trips and a big move to London under our belt, we’ve got a lot to talk about.
However, with the whole team being in agreement as to what event undoubtedly tops our list, we thought we would reflect back to our favourite part of this very long summer.
In early September we spent 5 days on Croatia’s Adriatic coast at Dimensions Festival. Crystal clear waters, great vibes and a refreshing casual approach to festival fashion made this week stand out from the rest.
Day time at dimensions is all about the boat and beach parties. The Audio Asylum x Abandon Silence boat party saw Motor City Drum Ensemble and Jeremy Underground go back-to-back for three hours. The ideal soundtrack to a Saturday afternoon in the sun, with a selection of modern soul, boogie and disco.
Sun dresses and oversized shirts dominated the festival trend here, a less styled approach to that of what we saw at Glastonbury and Secret garden party.

Situated just a short bus ride from Pula, the festival was easily accessible from any accommodation in the city. This allowed for a quick change in between boat parties and the evening festival antics, when things really got going. Again, the laid back trends that we loved this festival for, dominated the style even when the sun went down. Colourful co-ords and playsuits were teamed with chunky sandals or trainers for a casual summer look.
The old fort setting was such a spectacular backdrop to any summer festival night. In contrast, Noah’s Ballroom, provided a more intimate setting and a snapshot of Croatia’s dance music scene.
British festival goers dominated the crowd, but, with an obvious Croatian, French and German presence, dimensions still had a genuine European feel. With a crowd really obviously dedicated to music, and not just partying, the vibe was really happy and relaxed.
Dimensions was also perfect in size. Eight different music options to chose from at any one time provided variety, yet the close proximity of everything on site made it easy to explore.
Perfect location, perfect music, perfect weather...Dimensions, we will be back soon!
Team KLOTH xx
