I forget who I am around you
I second guess virtually everything I do
I want to be kind, but growing up competitive, I have to fight the urge to be quick and spiteful.
I rationalize the good in others when they’ve hurt me, and I rationalize the good in myself when I’ve hurt others.
sometimes I disgust myself.
Hypocrisy, our greatest religion.
I am too comfortable with talking about virtually anything, and I assume I’m closer to others than I really am, and I assume too much. I get too attached.
It’s a difficult lesson to learn, just because you share your heart with someone doesn’t mean they have to take it.
I’ve left my heart behind in too many places... It’s growing cold
it is unfair to hold it against others when you’ve given them a glimpse of who you are and they are deterred, they just don’t fit your puzzle.
I hold no angst, regret, nor ill will towards you.
I would love to be there when you succeed, but it will have to be from the sidelines.
it’s easy to brood and wallow in the state that I’m in
it’s necessary and I will be a better person
you can label me and avoid me now that I’ve wronged you, there’s no excuse for what I’ve done.
I’m trying to be sincere here...
I probably don’t deserve forgiveness or sympathy
I may not always go about it the right way but the truth is
I second guess virtually everything I do
