At AR45, you need to do a Ascension quest to go to the next world lvl so quite a lot of people actually pause there for a while to lvl up and prepare as at AR50, your world will ascend to 7 automatically + it takes a LOT of asc mats to ascend to lvl 70-80-90. So you can prepare at AR45 without worrying too much xD
