I went back to my old high school this past Sunday to show support and was pleasantly surprised and honored when I was asked to briefly speak to the kids about the importance of conditioning and how it helped us win a championship in 94. Speaking in public is on my list of things to improve in year 41. Although brief, it was huge first step for me. Thank you Alex Vega for that opportunity. Always good to visit.
