Okay! I finished this scarf over the weekend and I feel like I want to block it to widen out the ribs... On the left is the same exact yarn just in a different color... And that is the fiber content...
The only blocking I have ever done is with a spray bottle and pinning down a project but I want to try soaking method... And then squeezing out the water but I'm not sure if
#1 that would work well with this particular yarn based on the fiber content
#2 I've never done this kind of blocking before and I get the principle of it I'm just wondering if anyone has any finer tips to help...I don't have any blocking board so I would just be using our old couch in the basement or possibly the futon mattress...
I already asked in the chat server that I'm in but I'm always curious to hear more points of you from other people!
SFIL made this awesome blocking board for me! I have ten squares on it atm, and there's definitely room for more! He has plans to sell them in the future. :)
