Finally accomplished one of my life time resolution! Learn how to knit!
Since high school I had this desire to learn knit because of my Japanese language teacher (Sensei Imha, are you there?), but well; can’t really find the right time and right way to start learning. Been asking my mom to teach me but she didn’t really help….. and other activities had filled my life, which buried my desire to learn.
Until one day, the opportunity found its way to me! Katakerja opened a class to learn how to knit, and without any doubt I signed myself in. I even made my friend signed it too! Muhahaha
Anyway, learn how to knit really needs patient and unyielding willpower. At first it was confusing, but after gave it a few try (yes, a few. Like, you already done the knit 30 min. or an hour, then you made a mistake and had to start it all over again……sigh).
I started to had a knack how to do it now after I get used to it. For a newbie like me, I decided to start with making a phone and a make up pocket. Mine, of course. The final result? Err…we can say it is okaaay, i think….
My next knitting (learning) project, maybe I’ll start with shawl, so I could get used to knitting more. R already asked me to made him one.
