A Dumpling Rabbit pattern is in production! For those of you who would prefer to knit your own Dumpling Rabbit than to get one pre-made, I’m working on writing up and pattern and taking progress shots for any complicated steps. It’s gonna take me a while, but I’m hoping to get it out by this fall, so watch for a tester call!

Dumpling rabbit now has clothes! There are a couple adjustments to make to the sweater, but as soon as I’m done that, I’ll start knitting rabbits to sell in my shop. If there’s enough interest, I might write up a pattern as well.
Surprise- it’s pattern release day!
Things have been a bit hectic around here recently, and I may have completely forgotten to say much of anything about this pattern, but the Dumpling Rabbit pattern is here now!
These little friends are small, huggable critters in cozy sweaters. The name comes from the way the head is cinched closed at the top, like a dumpling wrapper. They’re the perfect size for a desktop companion, ready buddy, or scary-appointment friend. They’re explicitly designed to make you smile, bring you comfort, and be a source of whimsy in your life.
Cascade 220 Ultra Pima is used for the body, and the sweater and pants are perfect for using up scraps of DK weight yarn in your stash! I used Alley Cat Yarns Polwarth DK for this little guy’s sweater and Midknit Cravings Comfort Sport for his pants.
