it’s not like octavia doesn’t know that but hitting a moving target wasn’t exactly her forte. octavia wasn’t a big fan of guns - she’d much rather have a melee weapon than a gun; they made her more comfortable. so excuse her for shooting it’s shoulders and chest not that it was slowing down.
