Have you tried contacting Netflix? Were you ever logged into Netflix somewhere else where you still could be logged in (i.e. Friends house, unused device, public space)?
it's the family account so pretty much everyone in the family has access to it. it's two of my sisters watching it to fall asleep.

Thank you for that, really. The past month has been tense and stressful, but it's nice to know there's someone without knowledge of the situation that I can just let go with.
