A: You might feel as though you are chained, but you always have a choice. Even if that choice seems to be between the devil you know, and the one you don’t. Things seem dark, but don’t get discouraged, you need to keep a level head (as much as possible) to change your situation
B: The people under your control (for some of you it’s employees, for some of you it’s your family) are not going to bend to your will. They have their own agency, and their own will, and their own paths to take. You don’t need to control every single thing, and you don’t need to control everyone around you. For those of you who are bosses, there’s a difference between “running a tight ship” and being a straight up menace to your employees, and they will agree wholeheartedly with that. Learn some compassion, and learn the difference between discipline and being a dick
Two of Pentacles: Things are gonna be rocky for a while, and you will need to follow your intuition to keep things steady. For many of you, this is specifically about your financial situation (not surprising all things considered), many of you got laid off and aren’t gonna be able to find a different job. You’ll need to find a way to make a living, find a skill that you have and start offering your services. Online, put up flyers around your town, post videos of you performing said skills and services in order to gain attention, social media will be your best friend for this. But, keep in mind how unstable internet fame is and try to keep a level head.
