I'm kind of already working on a similar AU with this plot but stick with me.
So there's been popping ups of the 23 universe, based off of the Ben 23 universe shown off in Omniverse. While this character has only interacted with the Reboot version of Ben 10, I still want to know what K.O. 23 has to offer. I'll use @theangrycomet's rules of making an alternate universe character. Their posts can be found here and here.
Step 1: What differentiates the Alt {Character} from {Character} Prime:
Basing this off of Ben 23:
Ben 23 is alone: his family is nearly nonexistent in his life due to tragedy.
Step 2: Apply the Rule to the Character in Question
K.O. is alone: his {blood} family is nearly nonexistent in his life due to tragedy.
There is the sandwich incident much later in life, meaning Laserblast was much closer in getting another power.
Silverspark insisted on helping him, and when push came to shove, rather than escape, Laserblast went back for Silver. This caused both to be lost in a black hole.
K.O. is left under the care of the rest of P.O.I.N.T. . Those being Foxtail, Greyman, and El-bow.
Step 3: How does that Change things?
K.O. grows up in P.O.I.N.T. culture. A culture where his family was loved and he's living up to people he never met, as well as his aunts and uncles.
Foxtail insisted on the Aunt and Uncle names for all of P.0.I.N.T., which usually cases some strain between some handpicked Junior Heroes that come in next.
Instead of Chip Damage, K.O. is being sculpted by Foxtail and Greyman to be the perfect beacon of hope, akin to his father (in power) and mother (in spirit.)
K.O. is unable to meet any children his age, and is very isolated. He doesn't even go to the P.O.I.N.T. Prep school. When it's being taught, either El-Bow will watch over him or he'll be dropped off to be with Rippy Roo.
K.O. likes going on breaks with El-bow, who usually tells K.O. stories about his culture. Things like celebrating Dia de los Muertos and trying to meet his parents spirits are common.
Step 4: How is the Character subsequently Changed?
K.O. is not a happy-go-lucky kid, he's very tired but formal.
K.O. is a master of languages, thanks to El-Bow sparking it with teaching him spanish (he now calls El-Bow "tio codo"), he has also learned french (from Foxtail) and some Alien languages (Greyman insisted).
K.O. is polite, as to not try to make any heroes annoyed with him. However this backfires as many people see him as a snooty little P.O.I.N.T. Brat.
K.O. does not have as big of a hope to find any of his family. As he keeps getting pushed to their legacy instead of choosing it for himself.
Turbo K.O. is a fun creature to deal with. He's all of K.O.'s hatred and anger built up at the rules he has to follow, and manifests over a MUCH longer time, but is much more mentally unstable than his canon!counterpart. He's like a raccoon that got into the garbage when your door was unlocked.
