i saw a textpost that said that it might not be his '10 years of sobriety anniversary', but it's totally '10 years since Gee changed his life and took it under control' and i agree with that, so i still think that it worth celebrating or at least remembering

yes! i saw that post too! he made a huge decision for himself and that definitely should be celebrated and remembered and we're all very proud of him for doing that despite how well he can handle things now

yeah, you're technically right. but i don't think that it's a huge deal for Gee now, bc he has it under control now??? idk

yeah it wouldn't be anything to make a huge deal over like 'omfg gerard's drinking again' 

like it's totally something he's mature enough to handle now but technically the 10 year anniversary is kind of obsolete now because he's not trying to abstain from alcohol anymore. 10 years isn't a huge deal for him if he can handle himself around alcohol now he has no anniversary anymore ??? if you get what i'm saying
