The Kodenko Pant

Buying Kodenko is like buying a custom pair of pants, made special for you.

Kodenko is designed, dyed, and sewn in California. Knowing where this product is designed, dyed and sewn, will give you a great product, a sense of pride each time you slide into a pair. When you buy product made in The USA, your conscious is clean, knowing employees are being paid a fair wage, and working in a safe, industry compliant environment.

Kodenko hand selects the best Italian twill and has it imported to California. The military wash twill pant gets its color from a reactant dyeing process. The reactant dyeing process is a time consuming process that stripping fabric to acquire the desired color and look. The desert wash twill pant is accomplished by a different dyeing process, and equally as time consuming. A sulfur dye process is used to create the unique, vintage look. The entire dyeing process alone is a minimum two-hour procedure.

Over 50 pairs of hands touch every pant throughout the constructing process. There is an estimated 40 steps to create a pant. This detailed process is to ensure the required high quality is maintained throughout the constructing process. The complete process of constructing this masterful piece of art is an estimated 4 hours.
