It’s one of those plastic masks kids would get in festivals in Japan. Not sure if you can still get them though. I got this one six years ago.
I think it's a good thing. Considering the norm is usually a male dominated community, a women-only group is, like you said, giving female gamers a safe place to play without the harassment that's so prevalent, and it shows that they're still invested in a game they enjoy.

Looks more like you broke the glass yourself instead of salvaging some.
I smashed it for a current project, and I was going to throw the glass away, but then I thought, "Hmmm maybe I'll need this for another project" and put it in a container to save.

How about cats?
I've never had a cat before, but as far as I know, I'm not allergic. I would get a cat, but I don't want to care for another being while I'm still in school. Cats are pretty low-maintenance (I think). But still. Also my roommate already has a cat, and I don't know how well she'd react to another. ANNNDDDD I could never bring the cat home because my dogs hate cats. Okay. That was a longer than necessary hahaha =]
