But Christopher being emotional about Buck and missing Buck, and Eddie having a whole internal crisis because he misses Buck too and he's not okay about it! And how on earth is he supposed to comfort his son when he himself is struggling with the same thing?

I noticed this too. Chris' room is always decorated and filled with color and toys and all the things he loves, but Eddie's room is like a bunk in the barracks. It's a jail cell with a duvet. Buy a picture, Diaz, you deserve nice things too 😭 --koekje

💖 What do you like most about your own writing?

I think it'd have to be my dialogue. I like writing it the most (way more than exposition), it's usually the thing that flows the easiest and I think it's also one of my strong points as a writer? I think I get the voices quite right. Well, in my mind I do anyway. LOL.

What's your favorite holiday? (from koekje)

As in holiday feast thing? Family feast? (My non-native English is showing, haha)

If so, then it's actually today. We have a tradition in the family that every November 1st we have a big pancake feast (I'm talking crèpes, the thin kind, not small thick American pancakes) with the whole family. My grandma used to make the pancakes using an old family recipe, and now my aunt makes them. It's basically the only family gathering that my cousins are garantueed to make time for, and it's just always so much fun. Everyone together, the pancake distribution is from young to old, there's a "competition" of who eats the most pancakes, it's just a whole lot of fun. A lot of little typical family traditions. It's my favorite holiday of the year. I actually just came home from tonight's festivities and I'm sad it's over, but happy we got to do it this year (because last year was canceled because of the pandemic), and stuffed with pancakes. XD
