“Ah, do you think you can help me with this?” The princess asked, all while carrying a ton of supplies in a bag on her back. “I was able to get most of what we needed, but it’s rather heavy.”

Fueling the Fire
Today was a good day. She just felt it. Even if something bad happened, she would be okay, as it was a good day. Even now, she looked around for some firewood that they could use. The sun still hadn’t risen yet, but it was all okay. Further and further she traveled out further and further into the forest, gathering more and more sticks, before she realised how far from the camp she wandered. Once that happened, she paused, and looked around briefly to see if she could find her own way back, but with no luck.
“Oh dear...”
Well, this was still good. This was still a good day. Just... a little bump in it. She was pretty sure that she came from that way.
“Right. Okay, I think I remember seeing that tree... and that rock, so I’ll go that way.”
🐛 Insects 🐛 {open starter}
It was a peaceful morning. The group wasn't headed in any specific direction lately, and as a reprieve from all the exhausting walking, it had been elected that there would be an entire day of rest. Kija was relieved, happy to know that he wouldn't have to keep pace with six others for today.
He turned over on his side, still wrapped under the cover of his worn blankets. It had been a while since he'd slept in. For a while, he dozed in and out of sleep, until suddenly, he felt a small presence near his neck. He thought nothing of it at first, deeming his sleep more important.
That is, until it decided to crawl onto his cheek. His eyes shot open, and in a panic, he high-tailed it as fast as he could from the tent. When the cool morning air hit his face, he thought it acceptable to let out a blood-curdling scream.
➤"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! IT’S A BUG! A BUG!"
He ran in an aimless direction, obviously concerned with scratching the offending insect off of his face. In the midst of his panic, however, he caught sight of someone in the distance. He made a direct beeline towards them, his desperation at an all time high.
➤“S-SAVE ME, PLEASE!”
Playtime [Open Starter]
Bored, bored, bored.
The group was resting, so you’d think he’d take the opportunity to relax from their traveling. However, Zeno was known for getting stir-crazy easily, and was more than a little restless. He always loved having something to do. So, when he didn’t have anything to do, or anyone to play with, he got incredibly bored, incredibly easily.
So, there was only one thing for him to do at this point: find someone to play with! His endless energy wouldn’t allow him to sit around too long while the others talked or did whatever. If he was lucky, someone would need help with something, or wouldn’t mind doing something with him. At least, that was what he was hoping.
So naturally, the first person he ran into, Zeno decided to do what he always did in this situation: approach as affectionately as possible.
(✩☾) “Hey.~ Want to play with Zeno?”
He bounced up to the first person who was “fortunate” enough to wander across the yellow dragon. Well, he said “play”, but really he’d be happy with anything that could help keep him moving around. Whatever the other decided to have him help with or do, he’d happily do it if it kept him busy, anyway.
(✩☾) “Zeno’s got nothing to do... So he’s bored.”
