new beginnings

long story short... I forgot the email I used to register with for my old blog kollyreign... and am I frustrated? yes... ages of hard work and development just gone and existing. yes that means all my sub-blogs (tollyreign) are also dead *sigh*

But in another way, I realized how my tastes have slightly shifted and I can start up fresh... it just sucks that all my old gifs and icons and such will be on that blog and there is no way i’m reposting every single one. I’m just going to link the old blog in my nav for archival reference.

anywhoo break is near and I hope to be semi-active meaning I won’t gurantee I’ll be crazy active but when I want to gif something, or come on to discuss something kolly/tolly related I’ll come on. plus I don’t think I will revive a tollyreign 2.0... I’ll just incorporate anything tolly onto this blog as well.

In the meantime request some gif sets if you wanna, but in the meantime I’ll be working on 96, ENPT & Bigil gifs alongside with some old school movies for now. Also I’ll be trying to relocate all the blogs that I followed prior to (if you’re one of them and I missed ya let me know!)

P.S. Bear with my old icon till I have time to create something new and that I like... also debating on whether or not I should change my gif...

P.P.S. Some pages may be dead/very chaotic. Please bear with me until I get enough time to clean it up and get them up and running smoothly... they are just there now so I don’t forget about them. Till then if you want to reference something go to my old blog. This blog will contain newer content only and not reposts (with exception to my ships)

Thank you guys SO MUCH for 2000 followers! That is crazy to me, absolutely unbelievable! I feel so appreciated and am so thankful for each and every follower and your support! I’ve only had this blog up and running for a few months now (December 2016 is when I started posting) and I would’ve never thought I’d have even 1000 followers by now, to be honest I thought I’d gain 1000 followers in a year at the earliest! This was never expected but I am so happy that as of today I can officially say I’ve reached 2000 followers. I want to do something for my followers, some kind of treat/present at the moment I’m thinking of doing a huge icon pack, so let me know kolly celebs you would like to see icons of (it can be specific for example a celeb in a specific movie etc) or if you’d rather I do something else I’m open to that too, just let me know by replying to this post so I can keep track of everything! Expect a post in a week or two with your gift ^.^  Once again want to say thank you guys so much for your support and follow, and heres to the continuing growth of this blog!

yes i have and i have never regretted going to watch a mani ratnam movie THAT MUCH (luckily i never saw kadal so this takes #2 position on his list of worst movies)

Your views were mine when I first saw that theory I was like hmm possibly but then I was like wait a minute hold up this is Devasena we're talking about AND i mean the director himself gave confirmation... what more confirmation do we need lool?

And I will be honest. I have considered the theory myself before I found all these evidences within to rubbish it. For people who think Bhalla doesn’t have it in his heart to adopt a child according to Rajamouli’s explanation, I’ll point at Rana’s answer— Bhadra was a surrogate child. Bhalla might not have married because of his obsession with Deva but that doesn’t have to stop him from having a child for the throne with another woman. It happened in Mahabharatha so why not in Baahubali, for this is based on Indian epics after all!!

Gah!! I’ve got a pretty bad headache and this is not the time for me to deep think but when I saw that theory thread going on, I just had to. I feel bad though cause I think I sounded kind of rude in there 😖

now you know why I didn't really ship that crackship lol, bhalla was the definition of something else didn't like him at all in the first and in the second absolutely couldn't stand him as we saw more of his devious mind/past and present and I completely forgot he had a son till the ending where devasena was carrying his head and i was like wait whose head is this!? and then pieces fit

I still think they are cute as a crackship cause I have seen these interviews with those three everywhere (they’re my golden trio of telugu industry now), not as Bhalla with Devasena though. Not anymore. And like I said, I keep wondering about his backstory now, the story that is yet to be told. I have a lot of questions like that now and I need to hunt Rajamouli sir down to get the answers which is IMPOSSIBLE. And ha, for the past two years I was always like if Bhadra was Bhalla’s son, who would play his wife in the second movie... I was breaking my head over it but no one told me the answer *sighs*

congrats on finally watching the movie! and yes Rana played the role perfectly! I couldn't have seen anyone else take his role or devasenas or baahubali's or sivagamis or kattapas. Those roles are irreplacable in my opinion

Thanks but I’M STILL A WRECK. I WAS LAUGHING MY ASS OFF TILL INTERMISSION and then, poof- there was this dark cloud over my head and the tears wouldn’t stop. But honestly, the cast lived their roles. It felt like they were born to play them cause only few movies reach this level of immortality. Devasena and Sivagami were the two apples of my eyes, like I didn’t even look at the men when they were on the screen. Bless the cast!!
